(Starting Vault 125 characters must purchase Biotech [cost 1] with there “Vitamin” quality points, the remaining 9 points may be spent on biotech qualites and regular qualities. If the character loses access to vitamins, these points will fade over time, as well as suffer a withdrawl time. No drawbacks can be taken related to vitamins, although you may take up to 5 points of your drawbacks (must be some how physical or mental related) to add to special qualitie points, and those drawbacks are now tied in with the vitamins, going away if no vitamins. Otherwise, no drawback points may be allocated to more special qualities.)

Skills (pick 3 TAG skills, you get a +2 bonus to rolls with those skills)
